KEVIN BOYLE

Kevin Boyle serves as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary for V2X. In this role, he is responsible for all legal matters, contracts, ethics, corporate compliance, security, and government relations for the company. Kevin has a career spanning more than 25 years in executive legal and business roles working with and advising the C-suites and boards of directors of public and private companies, ranging in size from early stage to over $4 billion in revenue. He has deep experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), capital-raising strategies, strategic planning, risk management, performance improvement, and corporate governance. Kevin also has extensive knowledge of government contracts, securities law, and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Vectrus in 2018, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Vencore, Inc., a $1.2 billion provider of information solutions, cybersecurity, engineering, and analytics for the U.S. government and intelligence community. Kevin led Vencore, Inc, through a strategic transaction process, resulting in the merger of Vencore with two other companies to create $4.5B, publicly traded Perspecta, Inc., now part of Peraton, Inc. Before working at Vencore, Inc., he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Alion Science & Technology, a global engineering and technology solutions company providing services to federal and international customers. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions with public and private technology services and product companies, including, MCR, LLC, Vangent, Inc., General Dynamics, Anteon International Corporation and InterWorld Corporation. Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Yale University. He serves on the Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation.

Shawn Mural serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for V2X. In this role, he is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including controllership, finance operations, planning, tax, treasury, investor relations, and corporate development.  

Prior to joining V2X in October 2023, Shawn gained valuable experience at RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies) for 24 years. There, he most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO of iRaytheon. His leadership roles and experience in managing large integration and operational excellence-related activities have contributed to his success. 

Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree from Canisius University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

CHUCK PROW

Chuck Prow is President and Chief Executive Officer at V2X, as well as a member of the V2X Board of Directors. He was appointed to both positions at Vectrus in December 2016. Chuck has more than 30 years of information technology and federal services experience, including leadership positions at IBM Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand. During his career, Chuck has run global government services organizations, delivering solutions to a wide array of Department of Defense and other government customers. He served in multiple roles at IBM, including general manager of global government industry for IBM’s technology and services competencies, where he had responsibility for global revenues exceeding $9 billion. While at IBM, Chuck was successful in creating market differentiation through the integration of IBM’s technology and service competencies. He established strategies that focused on delivering complex solutions to critical government missions for national security, federal civilian agencies, and state and local entities. These efforts resulted in market share expansion, revenue growth, and margin improvement. Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in management and data processing from Northwest Missouri State University. He serves on the boards of directors of the International Research & Exchanges Board and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
