MICHAEL SMITH

Michael Smith is Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Development and Investor Relations at V2X. Prior to joining Vectrus, he was co-founder and managing director of The Silverline Group, a strategic consulting and advisory services firm that focuses on the aerospace and defense, intelligence, government services, homeland security, and federal civilian markets. While at Silverline, Michael was responsible for providing advice and counsel on mergers and acquisitions and for generating market studies, assessments, company positioning, valuation studies, and competitive intelligence for clients. Additionally, he helped clients formulate and execute investment decisions, including stock purchases, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to co-founding The Silverline Group in 2012, Michael was a senior equity research associate at Lazard Capital Markets, covering the aerospace and defense, federal government information technology services, and defense technology sectors. He also spent five years with BB&T Capital Markets covering defense and government services and seven years with Raymond James & Associates in various capacities, including senior equity research liaison. Michael is a CFA® charterholder and earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in finance and a minor in economics from the University of South Florida.

WILLIAM NOON

William Noon serves as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at V2X. He joined Vectrus in 2016 as the chief accounting officer. William has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience that includes his previous role as chief financial officer (CFO) of Mattersight Corporation, a publicly traded enterprise analytics company. He has significant experience with Vectrus and has provided financial reporting support since 2014. From April 2016 to August 2016, before joining Vectrus, William provided financial reporting consulting services to the company as a sole practitioner. From 2013 to 2016, he was a partner at Tatum, a Randstad company specializing in consulting and talent services in accounting, finance, and information technology. While at Tatum, William assisted various global multibillion-dollar-revenue companies with their SEC financial reporting activities. In addition, he provided financial reporting consulting services to Tatum from 2014 to 2015 in connection with its spinoff from Exelis, Inc., in 2014 and subsequent financial statements. From 2009 to 2013, William held various leadership positions at Mattersight, including vice president of finance from 2012 to 2013 and vice president and CFO from 2009 to 2012. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.

KENNETH SHREVES

KENNETH SHREVES

Kenneth Shreves is Senior Vice President, Global Mission Solutions at V2X. In 2017, he joined Vectrus from SOSi, where he was vice president of business development. Prior to SOSi, Kenneth was at DynCorp International, where he held multiple leadership positions, including vice president of national security solutions, vice president of international business development, general manager for DynEgypt LLC, and vice president of business development for DynLogistics. Prior to his commercial career, Kenneth served in the U.S. Army as a logistics officer, retiring after 28 years of distinguished service. He commanded at every level through brigade command and culminated his service as the Army chair at the National War College in Washington, D.C. Kenneth holds masters’ degrees in administration from Central Michigan University and national security studies from the National War College. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, from the University of Florida.

CORINNE MINTON-PACKAGE

CORINNE MINTON-PACKAGE

Corinne Minton-Package is the Senior Vice President, Operational Technology & Engineering at V2X. In this role, she is responsible for the operational technology portfolio, including engineering, products, and technology insertion into existing programs. Her responsibilities include programs that cross the full technology lifecycle and support extending and sustaining technology investments, as well as research and design for new capabilities to counter adversaries. In addition, she is responsible for building an ecosystem of potential partners and building new solutions and architectural frameworks to solve customer problems. Before joining Vectrus in 2017, Corinne worked for IBM, where she most recently served as the lead account partner for its healthcare payer practice. Over the course of her 18-year career with IBM, she held leadership positions across strategy, business development, sales, and marketing for the Federal and Defense business. Corinne earned her master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and her bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from Kalamazoo College.

JO ANN BJORNSON

JO ANN BJORNSON

Jo Ann Bjornson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at V2X. She is responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations including talent management, recruitment, leadership development, and compensation and benefits. Jo Ann brings more than 20 years of experience to V2X and has established herself as a leading professional in the field of recruiting, compensation, and HR business partnering. Most recently, she worked at Leidos as a Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive. Her expertise spanned broad market areas including defense, intelligence, federal civilian, health, and commercial sectors. Prior to that, Jo Ann worked at SAIC for 12 years, starting off as a technical recruiter and eventually became an Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Director. Jo Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a Master’s degree in HR Management from Marymount University, and an Executive MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  She recently served as Chair of the Human Resources Council of WashingtonExec and as a valued member of the Workforce and Education Executive Committee with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Her dedication to both personal and professional advancement is further evident through her past presidency and board membership of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
