Jeremy Nance is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Legal Operations at V2X. Prior to the sale of Vertex Aerospace, he served as the Senior Director of Legal and Contracts for L-3 Vertex Aerospace. He joined L-3 in 2006 as an attorney and served in positions of increasing responsibility. Jeremy graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the Baylor University School of Law. He also holds an MBA from Baylor University.

Kelly Miller is Vice President, Supply Chain at V2X. He is responsible for the company’s Procurement, Subcontracts, Compliance, and all material management in support of all customer programs. He also oversees the company’s FAA Certified Repair Stations that provide worldwide turnkey logistics, Maintenance Modification Repair and Overhaul support services and lifecycle cost reduction solutions for Vertex customers.
Kelly is an accomplished aviation operations executive possessing over 40 years of experience in defense, commercial, and international client program management, engineering, material management, and business development. Kelly’s diversified background allows him to offer Vertex and our customer’s significant knowledge in supply chain management, MRO operations, implementing in addition to executing materials management best practices, driving key process improvements, and project management. Prior to joining Vertex, Kelly held key leadership positions with IAP Worldwide Services, L-3, and DRS Technologies.
In 2010, Kelly received a bachelor’s degree in professional aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Bill Beard is Senior Vice President, Aerospace Solutions at V2X. A native of North Augusta, South Carolina, Bill enlisted in the Navy immediately after graduating from high school. His record of success includes over 20 years of active duty with the Navy and over 20 years in the aerospace and defense industry. His insights gained from experience ranging from apprentice level technician to corporate executive brings critical insights and perspective to the Vertex team molded by hands-on experience at every level of the MRO/CLS market segment.
During his service with the Navy, Bill served in a variety of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and special mission aircraft organizations. He logged more than 4,000 flight hours in the EP-3E and P-3C Special Projects Aircraft earning Air Medals for missions flown during Operation Desert Storm in Kuwait, and in Bosnia during the Balkans conflict.
Bill’s post-Navy career began with L-3 Communications at Waco, Texas Navy program office. He worked there for 10 years and his last assignment at Waco was as Senior Director for Federal Programs where he led projects upgrading Navy, Army and CBP aircraft. Next, Bill served as Vice President of Operations at L-3 Vertex Aerospace in Madison, Mississippi, where he led more than 11,000 employees performing aircraft and vehicle maintenance around the world.
An opportunity to lead operations for DRS Technologies C3 and Aviation business unit moved him to the Washington, D.C. metro area for four years before he returned to South Carolina in 2013.
Bill then served as Vice President and General Manager of GKN Aerospace’s South Carolina Operations overseeing operations manufacturing flight-critical components and assemblies for Boeing, Honda Aircraft Company, and Honeywell. During this period, Bill ramped up assembly operations in one factory while standing up a completely new 100K sq. ft. factory producing engine inlet lip skins for Boeing aircraft.
Bill holds an MBA from Baylor University with honors recognition and a bachelor’s degree in business from New Hampshire College. He is also a graduate of an Executive Leadership Program taught at the Imperial College of London; Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership at the Peak, and the Advanced Program Manager’s course at the Defense Acquisition University.

Lisa Freeman is Vice President, National Security Programs at V2X. In this role, Lisa is responsible for V2X mission support to customers throughout the intelligence community (IC). At Zenetex, Lisa served as group vice president for Intelligence with profit and loss responsibilities for the company’s intelligence efforts within the IC and Department of Defense. Before joining Zenetex, Lisa served at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as an intelligence officer for Mission Integration on behalf of the Deputy Director for Intelligence Integration. In this role, she served as the mission voice for the IC Information Environment, data strategy, and oversight of mission investment in the IC Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE). Lisa previously served at the Office of Naval Intelligence, where she worked as the Deputy Director for Maritime Architecture, overseeing the transformation and modernization of classified systems and applications. Lisa, whose career includes assignments in program management and leadership, began as an intelligence analyst providing classified assessments for national security. Lisa received a master’s degree in International Relations with a concentration in National Security Studies and Conflict Resolution from American Military University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Development from Trinity University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.

Joe Poniatowski is Vice President, Contracts at V2X. With over 25 years of contracts management experience in the military, public, and private sectors, he is responsible for further extending and deepening the important strategic relationships with our contracts clients. Joe joined Vectrus having served most recently as executive director of contracts for Fluor, and he brings with him a wealth of client, agency, and corporate experience. In that role, Joe was responsible for the functional management of the Prime Contracts organization, providing policy direction, strategic recruitment of qualified contracts professionals, contracts subject matter expertise, and business advice to Fluor’s corporate management team. During his tenure with Fluor, Joe also served in various project support roles for both Department of Defense and Department of Energy customers, including LOGCAP IV and the Savannah River management and operations contract. Joe is well versed in all forms of pre- and post-award contract administration activities, requests for equitable adjustment, claims and other disputes, and personnel management. Prior to Fluor, Joe worked in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in the U.S. Air Force and Department of Energy. He holds a master’s degree in acquisition management from American Graduate University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Regis University. Joe also received his CPCM from the National Contract Management Association.
