MICHAEL SMITH

Michael Smith is the company’s Vice President of Treasury, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. Mike joined V2X in 2014 and is responsible for the company’s inorganic activities, including merger and acquisition strategy and execution, global treasury and capital markets operations, and investor relations.

Prior to joining the company, he was co-founder and managing director of The Silverline Group, a strategic consulting and advisory services firm that focuses on the aerospace and defense, intelligence, government services, homeland security, and federal civilian markets. Before co-founding The Silverline Group, Smith was a senior equity research associate at Lazard Capital Markets, covering the aerospace and defense, federal government information technology services, and defense technology sectors. He also spent five years with BB&T Capital Markets covering defense and government services and seven years with Raymond James & Associates in various capacities.

Smith is a CFA® charter holder and graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in economics.

WILLIAM NOON

WILLIAM NOON

William Noon is the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at V2X. He joined the company in 2016 as the Chief Accounting Officer. Bill has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience, including his previous role as Chief Financial Officer of Mattersight Corp., a publicly traded enterprise analytics company. He has significant experience with the company and has provided financial reporting support since 2014.

From April 2016 to August 2016, before joining the company, he provided financial reporting consulting services to the company as a sole practitioner. From 2013 to 2016, he was a partner at Tatum, a Randstad company specializing in consulting and talent services in accounting, finance, and information technology. While at Tatum, Noon assisted various global multibillion-dollar revenue companies with their SEC financial reporting activities. In addition, he provided financial reporting consulting services to Tatum from 2014 to 2015 in connection with its spinoff from Exelis Inc. in 2014 and subsequent financial statements.

From 2009 to 2013, Noon held various leadership positions at Mattersight, including Vice President of Finance from 2012 to 2013 and vice president and CFO from 2009 to 2012. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.

KENNETH SHREVES

KENNETH SHREVES

Ken served the company as Senior Vice President of Organic Growth, Operational Enablement and Supply Chain from November 2021 to July 2022 and as Vice President of Business Development/Capture from October 2017 to November 2021.

Before joining the company in 2017, he served as Vice President of Business Development at SOSi and held multiple leadership positions in national security and business development at DynCorp International.

Before his commercial career, Shreves served in the United States Army as a logistics officer, retiring after 28 years, having commanded at every level through brigade command and culminating as the Army chair at the National War College in Washington, D.C.

Shreves graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in business administration – finance; from Central Michigan University with a Master of Science in administration; and from the National War College, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C., with a Master of Science in national security studies.

CORINNE MINTON-PACKAGE

CORINNE MINTON-PACKAGE

Corinne Minton-Packager is the Senior Vice President, Operational Technology & Engineering at V2X. In this role, she is responsible for the operational technology portfolio, including engineering, products, and technology insertion into existing programs. Her responsibilities include programs that cross the full technology lifecycle and support extending and sustaining technology investments, as well as research and design for new capabilities to counter adversaries. Cori is also responsible for building an ecosystem of potential partners and building new solutions and architectural frameworks to solve customer problems.

Before joining the company in 2017, Minton-Package worked for IBM, where she most recently served as the lead account partner for its healthcare payer practice. Over her 18-year career with IBM, she held leadership positions across strategy, business development, sales, and marketing for the federal and defense business. She earned her master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and her bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from Kalamazoo College.

JO ANN BJORNSON

JO ANN BJORNSON

Jo Ann Bjornson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at V2X. She is responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations including talent management, recruitment, leadership development, and compensation and benefits as well as the company’s environment, health, safety, and marketing, communications and government affairs functions.

Jo Ann brings more than 25 years of experience to V2X and has established herself as a leading professional in the field of recruiting, compensation, and HR business partnering. Prior to joining V2X, she worked at SAIC/Leidos for 21 years in a variety of roles and leading through several integration and business transformation efforts. Her expertise and leadership roles span broad market areas including defense, intelligence, federal civilian, health, and commercial sectors.

Bjornson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a master’s degree in HR Management from Marymount University, and an Executive MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  She has received numerous accolades and has served as Chair of the Human Resources Council of WashingtonExec and as a member of the Workforce and Education Executive Committee with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Her dedication to both personal and professional advancement is further evident through her past presidency and board membership of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
