WHERE READINESS TAKES FLIGHT

helicopter

Aircraft and critical aviation systems must be ready every day across the globe. We delivers the skills, engineering, and integrated capability to keep aircraft mission-capable, responsive, and prepared for whatever’s next..

Our teams bring engineering, maintenance, logistics, and manufacturing together to keep aviation operations moving. From flight lines to forward environments, we streamline sustainment, modernization, and system integration so aircraft return to service faster and remain ready when missions demand it.

THE NEED FOR SPEED

In aviation, responsiveness isn’t a metric—it’s mission success. Our cross-discipline teams bring engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and maintenance together, so aircraft, vehicles, and systems return to service fast. We streamline operations and sustainment for both legacy and modern platforms, keeping readiness high and downtime low.

QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Our secret to delivering consistent results? Making excellence the standard, not an add-on. We operate under certified quality systems and smart business practices that ensure cost-effective performance across every stage of the aviation lifecycle.

BUILT FOR THE UNEXPECTED

True readiness means anticipating what’s next. Whether it’s design innovation, maintenance modernization, or proactive sustainment, we bring tools like SAP and our proprietary AMMO® platform to provide visibility and control enabling informed decision making ahead of need.

LOOKING AHEAD

New aircraft platforms coming online between 2033 and 2035 will demand more—greater fuel capacity, more advanced support infrastructure, and sustainment strategies built for systems still taking shape. We’re already thinking ahead. As platform complexity grows, long-term investment in modernization and sustainment isn’t just smart strategy—it’s part of the mission.

WHERE READINESS GOES DEEPER

At NASA’s Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) in Houston, we operate one of the world’s largest indoor fresh water tanks—202 feet long, 40 feet deep, 6.2 million gallons—where astronauts rehearse spacewalks, test hardware, and refine the time-critical procedures that get them home safely. Under a $265 million contract supporting NASA through 2033, we provide the full operational backbone of the facility in direct support of Artemis and future lunar missions.

Capabilities Include:
001
Mission Control and Dive Team Operations
002
Breathing Gas Systems Management
003
Flight Suit and Equipment Maintenance
004
Mockup Fabrication, Including Lunar Surface Simulants
005
On-Site Logistics, Machine Shop, and Multi-Disciplinary Engineering

Featured Technologies

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE™

We apply data analytics to predict failure before it happens. Shifting maintenance from reactive to proactive cuts costs, reduces unplanned downtime, and keeps more aircraft mission-ready.

AMMO®

Aircraft Maintenance and Management Optimazation transforms how maintenance, supply, and technical data are collected, analyzed, and shared. This real-time, integrated platform gives you greater visibility, collaboration, and control—so readiness isn’t a guess, it’s a measurable advantage.
