Jeremy Nance serves as General Counsel of V2X. In this capacity, he oversees all legal matters, contracts, ethics, corporate compliance, security, and government relations for the company. Before assuming his current role, Nance was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at V2X, where he led the Legal Operations function, including the contracts and global trade organizations, and the government contracts and litigation legal team. He also played a key role in implementing the company’s Compliance Program.
Before the V2X merger, Jeremy was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Vertex, where he also served as Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, he guided the legal and contracts teams, contributing to the company’s growth and financial success. His responsibilities included managing mergers and acquisitions, resolving both domestic and international disputes, overseeing corporate governance, and providing general business advice. After Vertex became a standalone company, Nance established and led its compliance program.
Prior to Vertex’s divestiture from L3Harris, Nance served as Senior Director of Legal and Contracts for L-3 Vertex Aerospace. He joined L-3 in 2006 as an attorney, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics, a Juris Doctorate, and an MBA, all from Baylor University.
