Jeff Cheatham serves as Vice President of Contracts and Subcontracts at V2X. In this role, he leads all aspects of contract strategy, negotiation, and administration across the enterprise, driving operational excellence, compliance, and customer engagement in support of V2X’s global mission portfolio.
Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in federal contracting, procurement, and business leadership. Prior to joining V2X, he served as Vice President of Contracts at Peraton, where he led a team managing more than 400 contracts valued at approximately $2.5 billion in annual revenue. Over his tenure, he held multiple leadership roles with Verizon, Leidos, and SAIC, where he played a key role in major contract negotiations, organizational restructuring, and the creation of a contracts center of excellence.
Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from George Mason University.
