Dan Demases serves as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at V2X, where he oversees all accounting and tax operations for the company. Before joining V2X as Assistant Controller in May 2025, Dan held the role of Chief Accounting Officer at BlueHalo, a defense contractor specializing in space communications and counter-unmanned aircraft systems, which later merged with AV. Prior to his time at BlueHalo, Dan spent 16 years at RTX Corporation in various leadership positions within finance and accounting. Dan is a licensed CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
