Gerry serves as a director. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of Leidos, a technology, engineering, and consulting company, from January 2024 to April 2025. Prior to that, he served as President of Leidos’ Defense Group from October 2018 to January 2024. Earlier in his career, Gerry held the role of Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer at Leidos from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Leidos, he served as head of the Information Systems & Global Solutions business development and mergers and acquisition organization, as well as general manager of the Defense Group at Lockheed Martin Corporation, an aerospace, defense, and technology company. He has served as a member of the board of trustees of Hampton University since 2025, a consultant with Veritas Capital Fund Management, LLC since 2025, and a member of the advisory board of Villanova University, College of Engineering, since 2016. Gerry holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Villanova University.
