Environment, Health, and Safety Policy

In alignment with our Vision and Values, V2X is committed to achieving excellence in environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety. We will establish, implement, and maintain programs and practices that enable all employees to safeguard one another, protect the communities in which we operate, preserve the environment, and serve our customers responsibly.

This policy provides the framework for setting, reviewing, and achieving our Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety objectives. These objectives are consistent with our strategic direction and reflect our commitment to compliance with applicable legal and other requirements, the prevention of injury, ill health, and pollution, and the continual improvement of our management systems and performance.

• Eliminating hazards and reducing risks: Committing to the identification, elimination, and control of hazards to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Driving continual improvement: Enhancing the effectiveness of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System and overall EHS performance through ongoing evaluation and improvement initiatives.
• Delivering environmental excellence: Pursuing exceptional environmental performance through sustainable practices that minimize adverse impacts and promote long-term stewardship.

EHS Vision

Our EHS Vision is to provide a safe and secure environment in an effort to protect human health and the environment through value-based program initiatives and the creation of core competencies in order for V2X to continue to grow and be a viable entity.

Scope

All V2X employees and subcontractors are expected to abide by the principles described in the EHS Policy. Where necessary, subcontractors and vendors may be screened to ensure sustainable, safe, and compliant practices in line with V2X’ EHS policy.
