AI Governance Statement

We’re not cautious about AI — we’re deliberate about it. Moving fast and being responsible aren’t in conflict for us. We adopt early, govern carefully, and own everything we put in front of customers. That’s been our operating model through every technology shift, and AI is no different.

HOW WE GOVERN AI

1.  Our people validate every output
AI does the heavy lifting — our people make the calls. Every AI-assisted output gets reviewed and signed off by someone who understands the mission context. We own the result, regardless of how it was produced.

2.  We comply with DoW ethical AI standards
Our governance framework aligns with Department of War ethical AI standards. We update it proactively as the standards evolve — we don’t wait for an audit to catch up.

3.  We have clear policies for how AI gets used
We’ve defined what appropriate AI use looks like across the organization — where it applies, what the boundaries are, and who’s accountable. It keeps innovation disciplined without slowing it down.

4.  We own what we deliver
When we hand something to a customer, we stand behind it. It doesn’t matter how much AI was involved in producing it. The accountability stays with us.

5.  We’re sober about it
We don’t adopt AI because it’s the trend. We adopt it because it solves a real problem better than the alternative. If it doesn’t, we don’t use it. Simple as that.
