Mike Uster

Mike Uster serves as Chief Information Officer at V2X, where he leads the company’s global information technology strategy, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, he is responsible for advancing secure, resilient technology platforms that support V2X’s mission-critical operations, with a focus on enabling AI-driven capabilities, strengthening cybersecurity, and enhancing enterprise performance.

Mike brings more than 35 years of experience leading IT and advanced technology solutions across government and industry. Prior to joining V2X, he served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Senior Vice President at ManTech, where he led enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts, modernized cybersecurity architecture, and drove the adoption of advanced technologies across global operations.

Through his career, Mike held leadership roles supporting national security missions at Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, RAND Corporation, and TRW Inc.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European History from Biola University and is recognized for his strategic vision, innovation, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
