COVID-19 RESPONSE

INFECTIOUS DISEASE PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE

As part of our response to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2, we have conducted employee training, provided up to date guidance on safer workplaces and practices, and implemented a set of precautionary measures to minimize the risk of exposure at the workplace. Each facility is encouraged to conduct their own risk assessment to evaluate exposure risk for different activities and establish appropriate controls to mitigate it.

All visitors and employees entering our offices are expected to complete a self-screening survey designed to prevent potentially infected or exposed employees from entering the workplace

Additionally, everyone is advised to keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet between each other, not to shake hands, wear a face cover adequately, wash hands often for at least 20 seconds, maintain respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette, and avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

All facilities have a cleaning and disinfection plan for frequently touched objects and surfaces, following EPA recommended products and contact times.

To monitor the spread of the disease across the workforce, programs continue to report COVID-19 cases, as well as contact tracing efforts, and potentially exposed employees follow quarantine protocols if they are identified as close contacts of positive cases.
